Rosetta's Kitchen (Vegetarian Restaurant, Asheville NC)

There is NO better place to eat when in Asheville, North Carolina, than Rosetta's Kitchen on Lexington.  I rarely get anything different because the peanut butter tofu is my favorite thing to eat.  Delicious!
