Talk about SMALL towns!!! This one did have 2 red lights, but you can walk the entire downtown in about 10 minutes. There were lots of cute shops and historical buildings (which I love). The people are so nice and friendly. Lots of antique stores.
Amish-made furniture.
The quilting store - that's a big deal here. The lady in the shop was so nice.
There are only a couple places we saw in the downtown area to have lunch. Randomly, we chose this place, Southern Delights - right on the main street. The girl in there was so pleasant and friendly. We had a good sandwich and soup. But, the BEST part was all the homemade desserts! The place had a lot of historical charm - very nicely decorated!
Good cheese sandwich!
OH YUM!
This was my fattening choice - good old southern pecan pie!
Cheapest gas yet!!!! Love South Carolina!
