Grove Park Inn (Asheville, NC)

I never actually stayed here (not my style!), but this is a beautiful place to visit, have lunch outside on the veranda, or just stare at the beautiful scenery.  It's on a golf course which is gorgeous.  And, the view of the mountains is unsurpassed.  The grounds were full of color today when I visited.  Very beautiful!  Maybe someday I will stay here!

 and hike on the trail at the Grove Park Inn.
