Color, color, and more color! (And, then Rosetta's Kitchen!)

On a drive down to Brevard, NC, I saw some SERIOUS fall colors (seen one red tree, seen 'em all!). And, in Brevard, the entire town was beautiful with reds, oranges, and yellows.  The peak is about over, so I was happy to see all these pretty trees on such a beautiful day.

To top off my exhausting day of tree-watching, I went back to Asheville and had dinner at my favorite vegetarian place, Rosetta's Kitchen.  I have NEVER had a bad meal there; everything is SO good!  (http://rosettaskitchen.com/)

And, the MOST delicious meal.  Coconut curry over rice, with peas, carrots, kale, potatoes, and chic peas.  OMG, sooooo good!
